Relaxing

Good thing I was able to relax with my friends for two days. The time was worthwhile. I felt the crust of the earth under my feet, the sunshine, the wind and most especially the waters. Wooh! I had a splash of my life! The vacation was a cheap thrill and very adventurous. I will always remember that time that which I cannot take back and return. It was odd for I think I may not be able to do that again. :( Read more...

Heading off for Cheap Thrills!

The earth's crust has always been the best floor to walk on. I have hoped to do this months before I landed on a new job. I thought this will be deprived of me knowing that life ahead (thinking from the past) will keep much of my time. It is indeed, yes. I was deprived of sunshine, wind, water, and earth. And now it's time for me to spend myself with them. Yipee! I gotta go nature tripping with my friends soon!;) We will be wandering of a nearby province with our sneakers and backpacks. I missed the nature's bounty and I wish to spend my time with her soon. I am leaving! Read more...

Thanks! I Will Miss You!

Ever had the feeling of taking a guilt vacation? Wooh wait a minute what was that?

Well actually it wasn't that much guilt. I was just worried how will we ever go back to where we was without people noticing our getaway.

The vacation was filled with so much excitement. Although the place was not a place to relax, the company kept me enjoyed. I won't exactly share the WHO, WHAT, WHEN and WHERE details of this vacation. All I can say is I enjoyed every bit of it even if it was exhausting. And I felt I had never got the contentment yet. I want more of it but we must go back to exactly where we were. Thanks for the people who made this possible. You know who you are. I will miss everything about us.

From dust to dust, we got back to the reality. The tension just came. Now I'm afraid of what will happen next. It's getting darker in the dungeon.

And I'm back to being busy again.

I will really miss everything. The life I am awaiting for almost brings me to tears but everything must be set right and everything must be fulfilled. Should be no regrets. Risk.

Chasing a Guy

Wooh! I never thought we will end up chasing a guy on Saturday night. Was it still night or early in the morning? Whenever that was, the feeling was very odd... but exciting too. lol. Oh well let me go into details.

The whole Saturday was an exhausting day. I did work and play. From Fagioli to Brueggers' to Promenade to the streets of Davao, we unrelentlessly toured the city.

Autoshop was not our place as we didn't fit the atmosphere of the youngs. It was just too loud for us. After my friend's meal and a burger at 11PM at Bruegger’s and Spaceburger, we went back to the car and planned for another hop. As we were planning, my friend spotted this cute guy at Shiatsu, so she parked her car infront of the parlor and waited for that guy to come out. He went out the parlor, entered his car and started the engine. Now the two cars faced each other. We moved backwards so he can go out the area. His car's front light was too glaring that we cannot have a glimpse of his face. We were all staring at his car until we finally got the position where we can see the driver's seat, and the driver of course. Yeh, he was really cute. He looked at his left side (our car parked on this side waiting for him to move out) so he can check if it's safe to turn. He sluggishly smiled. My friend was twitterpated with the responsive smile. We followed his car but he slowed down. We drove ahead and now the two cars are situated side to side, we looked at him and my friend loudly smiled. (what’s the term? Lol) Now we’re ahead. We turned left to Torres. My friend on the backseat chillingly told us that the car was following us. We were all electrified and shouted but driving ahead, a car overtook his position. The vehicle between us broke the excitement as he turned left and was misled. That excitement caused us to move around Torres Ave. and look for him but we couldn’t find him anymore. We went to Rizal Promenade to check if he would party there but found my dear friend Chet and his friends instead. We stopped awhile and had chitchats for few minutes and off we went back to the massage parlor where that guy just went. We got his name but not his number. We again went back to the Torres area hoping we could still find him but unfortunately, not. At least we got his name and the plate number before we end our day. Whew! That was something I did very odd but exciting. Lol. Well at least we took part on my friend's excitement. We did that for her. ;)

Chemas by the Sea

Finally, i was able to step in the sand of this wonderful paradise. Just a 10-minute ride from Samal pier and you're on your way of experiencing the luscious and enticing waters of this resort. The place is small but you'll definitely enjoy the relaxing beauty of nature. It was a luxury, although the expenses is far beyond that of Pearl Farm, the experience was great.

Entering at the back of the resort, the restaurant stood on the right side. Guests are not allowed to bring food so everyone should order in the restaurant. Their food was good but with limited selection. We were advised that on our next visit we may order in advance so that they can prepare food not in their menu beforehand. Going down, you can smell and feel the breeze of the sea. The place is best for family and friends gathering.

It was a treat from the office I am working. The day after our interdepartmental Christmas party, we hold our own party. The place was really nice and the water is too inviting. It was a bad day though, I wasn't able to dip my body in the cold water because my monthly cycle visited me just yesterday. I was too envious of my officemates. They really enjoyed swimming. I just took shots of the scenery to avoid boredom.

I am hoping I could bring my family here someday. That means i must start saving now.. hehe

Helping the planet to produce O subscript 2

PNJK Family Tree Planting
October 30, 2006
CASEDO, Marahan

After that very tensed experience we have on our IT Pro class, I finally able to rest all day last Sunday. Though I was not called to present on our IT Pro class, I was still drained the next day and I made use of the day to get a rest.

And now, it's monday and we had a tree planting activity with PNJK family. I wasn't able to sleep well coz I was afraid I could not wake up early and be left. So instead of waking up to the time I set for alarm which was 4AM, I woke up at 3AM! Oh God! I felt so groggy that time but there was none I could do! I woke up and switched on the computer so I could surf the net while it was still early. Damn! I could not connect to the Internet. After almost an hour of waiting, I decided I should take a bath so I would be cooled down. I realized to switch it off for nothing!

My things are all set and I was just waiting for the clock to tick at 5AM so I would leave the house and head for office. And so I did. I headed for office and at 5:30AM I arrived at the assembly place just at the nick of time! I thought everybody was already set at the place but I saw only two people sitting and waiting for the others to arrive.

We departed for Marahan at 6:05AM and arrived at the area at 8:15AM. Damn! I thought we would start immediately after reaching our destination but we wasted our time waiting! The planting activity started at around 9:30 for we have to wait for the
others to arrive but of course, who am I to comment... whew!

After the tree planting activity, we trekked the area and passed through small rivers... t'was a nice experience. The most exhausting part was when we have to go back to where our van parked. The steepness of the mountain took a breath! We could hear our breathing so loud and the pounding of our heart was like a drum beat in our ears.

We finally got over the area at 1:30PM and headed back to the office. As we were approaching our return, we dropped by the landmark of the Okinawans who built the monument in memory of their ancestors who passed away in that area. The monument was facing the wonderful view of Mt. Tamugan just located in Calinan. We took pictures as a remembrance of the group.

Tomorrow, another activity is awaiting for us tomorrow. We will be going to Quiboloy's Paradise in Tamayong hehe. Another experience awaits for me tomorrow!
