It's Still Raining Hard!

The tail of the typhoon Frank must have not left the country yet. It was two days now that it rains very hard. Just lately when I went home, the streets were almost in its zero visibility due to the heavy downpour. It's perilous to travel with the kind of weather condition, plus the difficulty of hailing a taxi cab.
